Shipping policy

As soon as you place an order with NORDIC DESIGN SPACE you will receive an email confirmation. Once the order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming dispatch as well as the relevant details for tracking your delivery. 

DELIVERY & LEAD TIMES 

Depending on your location, deliveries will be within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) business days for items in stock.

INSURANCE

NORDIC DESIGN SPACE covers insurance for your purchase while it is in transit until it has been delivered to the delivery address provided on your order.

Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been delivered to the nominated address and recorded as delivered by the courier. Proof of delivery may include a signature, delivery scan, GPS confirmation, photographic evidence, or confirmation from the carrier that the goods have been delivered to the delivery address.

Once delivery has been completed and recorded by the courier, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. This applies whether the parcel is accepted in person, signed for, or left at the delivery address in accordance with the courier’s standard delivery practices.

If you have specified a recipient or delivery address other than yourself (for example, a gift recipient, workplace, concierge or building reception), confirmation of delivery at that address will be taken as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by NORDIC DESIGN SPACE and responsibility will transfer in the same way.

NORDIC DESIGN SPACE is not liable for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed at the nominated address.

If you require signature-only delivery or special delivery instructions, this must be requested prior to dispatch and may incur additional charges.
