Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. *Excludes custom or special order items.
We have a 30 day return policy window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a 7-day full refund and up to 30 days for a store credit which means you have:
- 1-7 days from the delivery date and time to initiate a full cash-back refund.
- From day 8-30, we will issue you a store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Custom or special order items are not eligible for returns & exchanges.
Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs for a change of mind or exchanges are at the customer's expense.
- Return shipping costs for damaged or faulty products will be at NORDIC DESIGN SPACE'S expense.
To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

- Your order number
- Reason for the return/exchange
Damaged or faulty products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will facilitate a credit and exchange for the new item.
Is there anything I can't return?
- Certain sale items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchanges.
- Items that have exceeded the 30 days return window.
- Custom or special order items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you if:

- you use the Goods or Services after informing us they are defective
- the defect in the Goods or Services arises because you failed to follow our or the manufacturer’s instructions as to storage, installation, commissioning, maintenance or use of the Goods or Services
- you remove any manufacturer’s serial number
- the damage or defect is not caused by a defect in workmanship or material, or
- you alter or repair the Goods without our prior written approval.
MAKING A CLAIM
Customers who have purchased products from NORDIC DESIGN SPACE and experience product failure within the warranty period may be entitled to make a warranty claim to cover the costs of repair or replacement of the product.
NORDIC DESIGN SPACE will manage the warranty claim process on behalf of the customer and final decision on the warranty claim sits with the manufacturer and NORDIC DESIGN SPACE.
If NORDIC DESIGN SPACE has supplied the fabric/leather, please contact our customer service team for warranty details. Customers who have provided their own fabric/leather will need to contact their supplier for warranty issues relating to fabric/leather. To make a warranty claim, please ensure you have the following information.
This will assist in expediting the warranty claim:
- Proof of purchase (copy of invoice, point of sale receipt or sales order); image and description of fault.
- Address where the product is currently located; contact details of the claimant (must correspond to the purchaser’s details).
